We have adopted ISO9001 to assure high quality and reliable services to all our customers. Through effective management backed up by our quality control department, we provide Quality and Safe products.
TRACEABILITY
We import spices and herbs with serious commitment to quality and safety.
To assure traceability, we regularly send our staff to actual growing places and countries of each item.
We made all possible measures to establish a reliable survey system to check the quality and safety of
our importing products, the use of agricultural chemicals, etc. .
Our main concern:
●Chemical residues
●Allergens
●GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms)
●Food additives
●Irradiation treatment
●Aflatoxin
●BSE, etc.
We make efforts to give reliable information on raw material to all our customers.
QUALITY
At our own laboratory, we conduct the following test/analysis on raw materials,. semi-processed and finished-products which we handle, to make sure of their quality and safety.
○ Food Chemical Test and Analysis:
contents of moisture, essential oil,
hot/pungent/piperine, etc.
○ Bacterial Test and Analysis:
TPC, thermostable bacteria, E.coli
○ Sensory test and Analysis, self-life test, etc..
Passing through the Sensory inspection, we do utmost to provide raw materials with stable quality
(aroma, flavor, shape, color, etc.) to all our customers.
